Delivery
Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 7–10 days, 
followed by delivery within Pakistan in 12–15 days from order 
confirmation, depending on your location.

Payment Terms
We require a 70% advance to begin production, with the remaining 30% 
due at the time of delivery, before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
As each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns 
or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage or discrepancy 
must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, so 
our team can assist you promptly.
