• Wipe the frame clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive sponges or scouring pads.
  
• Cushion covers can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water. For a deeper clean, covers may be removed and hand washed, then air-dried away from direct sunlight.
  
• During heavy rain or extended periods of non-use, werecommend storing cushions indoors or under cover to preserve their finish.
  
• Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or solvents on both the frame and fabric.
  
• For coastal or high-humidity locations, periodic rinsing with fresh water helps maintain the frame's finish over time.

• Every piece is made to order; production typically takes 7–10 days before dispatch.
  
• Delivery within Pakistan takes 12–15 days from order confirmation, depending on location.
  
• Assembly instructions are included with every delivery; select pieces may require minor on-site assembly.
  
• For bulk, trade, or project orders, estimated delivery timelines will be shared directly by our team based on order size.
  
• Since each piece is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  
• Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so our team can assist promptly.
