During heavy rain or extended periods of non-use, werecommend storing cushions indoors or under cover to preserve their finish.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or solvents on both the frame and fabric.
For coastal or high-humidity locations, periodic rinsing with fresh water helps maintain the frame's finish over time.

Shipping

Every piece is made to order; production typically takes 7–10 days before dispatch.
Delivery within Pakistan takes 12–15 days from order confirmation, depending on location.
Assembly instructions are included with every delivery; select pieces may require minor on-site assembly.
For bulk, trade, or project orders, estimated delivery timelines will be shared directly by our team based on order size.
Since each piece is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so our team can assist promptly.
